Eligibility for Refund

• Refund requests for monthly plans must be made within 3 days of the original purchase.
• Refund requests for yearly plans must be made within 15 days of the original purchase.
• You can request a refund for any reason within the eligible refund window.
• Refunds are applicable for all ZiniPay packages and services within their eligible refund window.

Refund Process

• If your refund is valid, you must fill out our Refund Request Form.
• Once submitted, please allow 1 - 15 days for the refund to be processed.
• Refunds will be made via your original payment method unless otherwise discussed.
